Hidden Creek Wine
The art of great winemaking comes from the individual care and attention each step of the process can be given. The Hidden Creek wines produced at The Crush are all small lot, no more than 300 cases of each wine is produced. This allows us to hand craft every barrel making sure that the fruit is great, the processes thorough and the final product is a delight to taste and enjoy.
We use a combination of new and previously filled French and American oak barrels to get a balance of Oak that is unique to each wine.
Creative uses of different yeasts enable us to maximise the potential of each grape to produce fabulous wine.
Every shipment will contain winemakers notes and guidance on storing and preparing to serve.
