What's going on at The Crush

From the 2005 Harvest we have bottled:

Released wines
North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
Shale Peak Sangiovese
North Coast Viognier
Napa Valley Chardonnay
Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 90-8-2
North Coast Pinot Noir
Napa Valley Merlot
 
Napa Valley Syrah, scheduled release April 2007

The bottling process will continue through August when we will stop and prepare for the 2007 harvest.

The 2006 crush is shaping up like this.

  • Shale Peak Sangiovese is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Raywood Napa Cabernet is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Livermore Valley Syrah is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Napa Valley Chardonnay is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Livermore Valley Zinfandel is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Hillside Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • Napa Valley Merlot is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.
  • North Coast Petit Verdot is in, crushed, fermented, pressed and in the barrel.

Rackings are being scheduled for February and March.
